Friday –

I.                    Breakfast -

a.       Seasonal Fruit tray, fresh pastries and bagels w/jams, cream cheese, Plain or Fruited Yogurt, Honey Nut Granola, Fresh berries, Peaches and Pineapple, Chilled fruit juices, coffee and tea

 

II.                  Lunch -

a.       Choice of

                                                               i.      Sliced Ham with Swiss Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato on a Kaiser Roll

                                                             ii.      Shaved Turkey with provolone Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato on a Kaiser Roll

                                                            iii.      Roast Beef with Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato on a Kaiser Roll

                                                           iv.      Roasted Vegetable Wrap to include zucchini, yellow squash, and portabella and roasted red peppers in a spinach tortilla.

b.      Sides

                                                               i.      Roasted Red Potato Salad

                                                             ii.      Italian pasta salad

                                                            iii.      Creamy Coleslaw

c.       Includes

                                                               i.      Fruit, chips, beverage (soda, tea, coffee) and gourmet cookie

 

III.                Snack -
